Based in Lewisham for the Auburn-Lakemba HubFull-time | Hybrid| Get School Holidays Off$*****+ Super + Salary PackagingThe Manager School Counselling will have a supported transition into the role from a Director in our School Counselling program.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead and inspire a team of professionals through effective supervision, coaching and development, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and excellence.Ensure the successful delivery of strategic and operational goals while driving continuous service improvement.Develop workforce capability by supporting advanced practice skills in assessment, decision making, stakeholder engagement and risk management.Provide leadership and support during crises and critical incidents, promoting staff confidence, resilience and effective practice.Champion culturally responsive and child-safe practices that strengthen outcomes for children, families and school communities.About You:To be a successful applicant you will have:Relevant program specific qualifications, expertise and required qualified membership: AHPRA, AASW or PACFAIndustry relevant experience coordinating and implementing services while supporting a team of counsellors to deliver client outcomesSkills in managing and providing supervision to a team of counsellorsDemonstrated understanding of child protection, domestic/family violence and other relevant legislationHigh level communication,



consultation and negotiation skillsDemonstrated capacity to implement a person-centred approach to service deliveryAbility to travel between schools within your designated Sydney region – valid NSW Driver Licence and access to a registered vehicle is required for this roleExperience in School CounsellingPrevious provision in supervisionWhat can we offer you?
