Revenue and Receivables OfficerAs a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for customer billing and receipting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
This role plays an important part in supporting revenue management and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position - enjoy the stability.Located in Rhodes, Sydney - our state-of-the-art office includes a free gym, great public transport, parking options and convenient shopping linksWork flexibly-our office is incredible and so are the days when your commute is replaced by a few steps to your home officeSalary packaging - increased your take home pay with salary packaging including novated leasing optionsBirthday leave - take time to celebrate with your friends and familyKey ResponsibilitiesManage billing and receipting transactions accurately and in a timely mannerProvide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders; including responding to queries by phone and emailManage fortnightly/monthly settlements and direct debit adjustmentsGenerate client invoices and account statementsProcess Refundable Accommodation Deposits and Ingoing Contributions in compliance with legislationManage funding accruals and reconciliationsPerform revenue-related reconciliations and provide reporting to managementSupport debtor collection activitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislationAbout YouDiploma/Bachelor in Accounting in Business, Finance,



or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in the aged care industryIntermediate Excel skillsGood understanding (or willingness to develop knowledge) of aged care revenue and legislationHigh attention to detail with robust organisational skillsCustomer-focused, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approachAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience working in a highly regulated environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA genuine desire to make a positive impactExperience with accounting/AR systems, particularly Alayacare is desirable but not essential.National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)About UsFresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.
