We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the frontline of our growth strategy — creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.In this role,



you will:Proactively developing current business opportunities through the attraction of new small to medium customersMaintaining and growing sales / gross margin within the existing small-medium customer base.Continually identifying and negotiating new business opportunities and aggressively pursuing profit targetsMaintaining internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the officeTechnical product knowledge and applying this to developing the sale offeringsDiscover Yourself....
We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships.
Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.Ideally, you will have:Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG.Experience in cold calling, including building relationships across industry / market stakeholdersPrevious experience in the packaging or distribution industries is desirableCollaborative Self-starter with a strong desire to drive customer excellenceResilient, takes a lead with accountability and ownershipStrong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level — from the warehouse to the boardroom.A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
