If you want to step away from repetitive residential/commercial work and sink your teeth into heavy automation, PLCs, and large-scale plant maintenance, this is your next move.Crucial Requirement: You must possess full Australian working rights and a current, valid NSW A-Grade Electrical License.The Role: What You'll Be DoingYou won't just be pulling cables; you will be the backbone of our electrical reliability, working across production machinery, heavy control panels, and automated systems:Breakdown & PM: Perform heavy preventative maintenance and rapid fault-finding to minimize production downtime.Automation & Controls: Troubleshoot, install, and optimize industrial systems, including large motors, control circuits, and PLCs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Mechanical Engineer and Fitters to solve complex mechanical-electrical puzzles and drive plant efficiency.Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Australian electrical codes, AS/NZS **** standards,



and WHS regulations.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering team to modify existing equipment and upgrade factory systems for future capacity demands.What We Are Looking ForLicensing: Current NSW Electrical Licence.Experience: Proven track record in a Manufacturing, FMCG, or Heavy Industrial workplace.Technical Grid: Strong proficiency with PLC systems and industrial electrical engineering principles.Interpersonal Skills: A team player who communicates seamlessly with mechanical trades and production supervisors.Desirable: Open Cabler Registration is highly regarded.What's In It For You?
