We provide a service during business hours, 7 days per week in the community.This is a permanent part time position offering 22.5 hours per week, requires availability across a 7 day rotating roster - day time hours, no nights.The day to dayDelivering excellent clinical care inthecommunity for our Hospital Care at Home and Rehabilitation at Home clientsCompleting in-home clinical assessmentsManaging medication including IV antibiotics via PICCsComplex wound care and drain tube managementImproving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of AustraliansJoining a warm and friendly group of highly skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about teamwork,
