And now, we're seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team.THE ROLEJD Sports is on the lookout for a Warehouse Supervisor (AM Shift) to join our Distribution Centre and lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday & Tuesday to 2:15pm, remaining days to 2:00pm)This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives on pace, takes ownership of results and knows how to get the best out of their team.
You'll lead day-to-day operations across key warehouse functions including Inbound, Picking, Replenishment and Despatch, ensuring we deliver accurately, safely and on time every time.Working closely with the Shift Operations Manager, you'll drive performance on the floor, build a strong team culture and continuously look for ways to improve how we operate.




From hitting daily targets to maintaining safety and quality standards, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse moving and our stores and customers supplied.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLead, coach and motivate your team to deliver daily productivity, accuracy and service targetsOwn real-time performance on the floor, allocating labour and managing workflow to meet demandDrive a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance and leading by exampleMaintain high standards of quality, accuracy and process adherence across all operationsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiencySupport onboarding, training and development of team membersMonitor team performance, attendance and output, providing transparent feedback and directionWork closely with systems and automation to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operationsEscalate any risks or issues impacting performance, safety or serviceWHO YOU AREAn experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader with a background in logistics, FMCG or manufacturingA hands-on leader who is comfortable being on the floor, leading from the frontProven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communicator who can engage, motivate and influence frontline teamsHighly organised, able to manage competing priorities and adapt quicklyCommitted to safety,
