This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with operational teams to deliver engaging training, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement across our site.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured, task-specific training and competency assessments across operational teamsFacilitate engaging face-to-face inductions, refresher sessions, classroom training, and on-the-job learningProvide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees to build capability and confidencePartner with leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutionsDevelop, review, and maintain training materials, task descriptions, and competency assessmentsMaintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)Support e-learning programs and track user progress through systems (SuccessFactors)Monitor training completion rates and follow up on overdue or upcoming requirementsSupport audit readiness by ensuring documentation is compliant and up to dateContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, safety,
