You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property settlements and wills and estates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution using practice management systems such as LEAP.Work closely with Principal Solicitors on complex matters, receiving guidance and contributing to case strategy.Utilise RedView and LEAP to efficiently manage files, track matter progress, and maintain accurate client recordsProvide clear, strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence.Prepare and file documents through relevant court portals.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations,
