Day and Afternoon Overhead Crane OperatorWe think outside the box by redefining recruitment.Through long-term partnerships, we connect the right people (You) with the right opportunities to shape careers and drive change in Australia and beyond.We think outside the box by redefining recruitment.Through long-term partnerships, we connect the right people (You) with the right opportunities to shape careers and drive change in Australia and beyond.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Overhead Crane Operator to join a leading steel manufacturing company.Day Shift $*****Afternoon Shift $*****In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating overhead cranes to move steel products and materials throughout the warehouse and production facility while supporting manufacturing and dispatch operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate overhead (bridge/gantry) cranes safely and efficiently.Load, unload, and transport steel products, bundles, and materials.Assist with production, warehouse, and dispatch activities.Conduct pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections.Read and interpret production schedules and work orders.Ensure accurate handling and storage of steel products.Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily targets.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.Follow all WHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience operating overhead cranes in a manufacturing or steel environment.Forklift (LF)
