This role requires a highly visible and hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with genuine member engagement and team development.You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while building a strong internal culture and supporting the continued evolution of the club's hospitality offering.Key responsibilities include:Leading daily hospitality operations across multiple outlets and service stylesDeveloping and mentoring department leaders and broader venue teamsBuilding strong relationships with members and fostering community engagementWorking collaboratively with the kitchen team on menu development and service deliverySupporting strategic initiatives and presenting operational insights to the board as requiredCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in premium service environments, multi-outlet operations and people leadership.
