This is a quick-paced, stakeholder-facing role where attention to detail and communication are key.
• Managing inbound claims enquiries and providing timely resolutions• Processing and reviewing claims in line with policies and procedures• Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers and third parties• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met• Investigating and resolving discrepancies or escalations• Supporting continuous improvement within claims processes• Delivering strong customer service across all interactionsTo be successful in the role you will:• Have previous experience in claims, customer service or a similar administrative role• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy• Be confident working in a fast-paced,
