This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, relationship building, and growing their own market footprint.What You'll Be Doing:End‐to‐end management of an Allied Health 360 recruitment deskProactively drive business development, identifying and converting current client opportunitiesBuild strong, long‐term relationships with healthcare clients and AHP professionalsSource high‐quality candidates through networking, referrals, database management, social media, and job boardsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and interviewing through to placementPartner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutionsIdentify opportunities for growth within your desk and expand existing accountsCollaborate with a high‐performing team, sharing market intelligence and best practiceWhat You'll Bring:You'll thrive in this role if you are:An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within AHP or healthcarePassionate about business development and building new client relationshipsCommercially driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targetsConfident managing a busy desk in a rapid‐paced environmentA strong communicator who builds credibility with clients and candidatesResilient, proactive,
