About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join RiseEarly Learning Epping Road as a Room Leader, where you will be responsible for bringing leadership, structure, and consistency to the room while delivering meaningful learning experiences for children.
In this role, you will effectively lead daily practice, guide routines, and contribute to high-quality documentation.You will work alongside a collaborative team where you will be valued, and your qualified growth and career development continually supported.
The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation.

including child safeguarding responsibilitiesAvailable for full-time work across service operational days and hours (Monday to Friday 7:30am- 6pm), with flexibility as requiredSolid proven experience in theEarly Childhood Education and Care sector, especially as a Room/Team Leader/Lead EducatorACECQA approved Diploma ofEarly Childhood Education and CareCurrent Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children andYoung People at Risk, with evidence to be provided*Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*CurrentFirst Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training undertaken at own cost, with certificate/s to be provided, to fulfil Responsible Person role*To be completed prior to your first working shift.About Rise Early Learning Rise Early Learning is a privately-owned and operatedEarly Childhood Education and Care provider catering for children from birth to six years.
