This is a key role within our Digital Transformation program, where you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.Working closely with the Program Manager, technical teams, and business leaders, you will act as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring outcomes are aligned, efficient, and customer-focused.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive BA who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and is passionate about driving business improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyse and validate business and system requirementsFacilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and interviewsCollaborate with solution architects, developers and SMEs to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutionsProduce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including:User stories & acceptance criteriaProcess maps & modelsRequirements traceability matrices (RTMs)Wireframes and documentation across all requirement typesIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to support successful deliveryEnsure solutions deliver a strong customer and user experienceWhy Join O'Brien?
