Onceyou'rein,there'sno limits on where your career could take you.Key ResponsibilitiesJoin the team at Rydges Parramatta as a casual Conference & Events F&B; Attendant, where you'll set up and service event spaces, deliver food and beverage with a smile, and help create memorable experiences for our conference, meeting and event guests.Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe.Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas.Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.Process payments accurately and efficiently.Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment.What You'll Bring1+ years' worth of experience as a F&B; attendant or waitstaff in restaurants, events or hotels.Proven knowledge of food and beverage items,



including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
