Reporting to Senior leadership in the business, this role is responsible for the HR and Admin functions.
You will be a key advisor on all people-related matters, ensuring the business is equipped with the capability, culture, and systems to deliver operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILTIESPartner with leaders to provide HR and IR advice.Drive performance management frameworks and uplift leadership capability.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.Lead and support workplace investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.Oversee training and development programs aligned to operational needs.Support and strengthen health, safety, and return-to-work programs.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across people, culture, and systems.KEY REQUIREMENTSProven experience in a generalist HR leadership role within a manufacturing, production, logistics or industrial environment.Understanding of safe work practices and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.A confident and pragmatic HR leader who is equally comfortable on the floor as you are influencing senior leaders.Solid industrial relations and employment law expertise.Experience working with unions.Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee matters and investigations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the business.Applicants must be Australian Residents.Please note: Only successful applicants to progress to the next stage will be contactedOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
