We are seeking a commercially-minded Team Leader Credit to lead our Consumer Car Loans Credit team.Your Responsibilities | How you will make a differenceOversee the consumer car loans credit teamEnsure all applications are assessed in an efficient and commercial mannerEnsure responsible credit decisions are made in accordance with policyAct as first referral point for exceptions from Underwriters.Contribute to policy and process developmentProvide feedback and scenario support to brokers and sales teamAttend Broker PD days and conduct broker visits as and when required with the Sales teamEnsure compliance with internal processes and regulations such as the NCCP Act, Privacy Act and AML/CTF ActYour Skills & Experience | A little bit about you.




..5+ years experience in consumer credit3+ years leadership experienceMust hold a current DLA of at least $50kWorking knowledge of NCCP Act and AML/CTF ActA 'can do' and proactive approach to your workCollaborative and teamwork essential!
