We are looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team and become an integral part of our day-to-day operations.This is a diverse role where you will work closely with management to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently from order receipt through to production and dispatch.Krystalshield is a growing Australian manufacturer of commercial and industrial cleaning products.
We are looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team and become an integral part of our day-to-day operations.This is a varied role where you will work closely with management to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently from order receipt through to production and dispatch.Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer ordersEntering orders into Unleashed ERPCreating production assemblies for bulk and bottled productsPrinting production paperwork and product labelsCoordinating dispatch and freight bookingsLiaising with customers regarding orders and deliveriesAnswering phones and responding to emailsAssisting with stock and inventory administrationMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsSupporting production planning and schedulingGeneral office administrationAssisting management with day-to-day operational tasksAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailFriendly and professionalConfident using computersAble to multitask and prioritise workReliable and punctualA strong communicatorWilling to learn and take ownership of their roleExperience with Unleashed or other ERP software is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
