For an experienced Early Childhood Teacher, Early Learning Facilitator or a Childhood Co-ordinator to provide exceptional and friendly space for kids in the region.NESA Qualification, with 1 year experience at a similar role$$ - Above award rateInner West Sydney, NSWA normal day includesPrepare the classroom and greet parents and children.Conduct morning circle time for songs and group discussions.Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and lessons.Lead small group activities and promote skill development.Facilitate free play and monitor children's behaviour.Assist with mealtimes and promote healthy habits.Help with toileting and personal hygiene routines.Communicate with parents about child's progress and concerns.Collaborate with colleagues and attend staff meetings.Maintain accurate records of children's progress.Engage in professional development activities.Reflect on the day and prepare for the next day.Your next employer is a well established centre with 10 years in the industry, where the carefully selected educators bring out the best in your children.
