This is a large scale, mixed farming enterprise that is continuing to develop into highly productive cropping country.
They double crop (winter and summer), run 700 head livestock herd and are investing in environmental plantings.Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for:Operational leadership and deliveryPeople leadership and developmentFinancial management and reportingMaintenance of property,



plant and infrastructureSafety conduct and complianceBack-office business support is provided to allow you to focus on operations.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Experience managing medium to large scale mixed farming or broadacre cropping operationsLeadership experience in developing high performing teamsFinancial management, budgeting and planning capabilityStrong knowledge of cropping, with ideally some livestock experienceOn farm accommodation and recent vehicle is on offer for the successful candidate.
