We're looking for a hands-on Switchboard Builder & Installer to join our team full-time.About the RoleYou'll be working in our Alexandria workshop and on client sites, building and installing custom switchboards to specification.
This is a practical, hands-on role where attention to detail and pride in your work matter most.Whether you're an experienced switchboard builder or an apprentice looking to specialise — if you're keen to learn and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and assembling custom switchboards to engineering drawings and specificationsInstalling switchboards on commercial and industrial sitesWiring, terminating,



and labelling components to a high standardTesting and inspecting completed boards before delivery or installationWorking safely in workshop and site environmentsCollaborating with the wider team to meet project deadlinesWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience in switchboard building, electrical assembly, or a related trade (experienced candidates)Apprentices with a genuine interest in specialising in switchboard manufacturing are also encouraged to applyAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and a good team playerValid driver's licence (preferred)QualificationsNo formal electrical qualification is required for this role.
