We build Concrete Sleeper, Block and Sandstone retaining walls across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.The roleWe're seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team.You will be responsible for safely and efficiently excavating batters and retaining wall footings, piling piers for concrete sleeper wall posts, installing concrete sleepers and sandstone logs, back filling retaining walls.This is a full-time permanent role offering long-term stability with a solid pipeline of work across the Central Coast and Newcastle areas.Key responsibilitiesOperate excavators for battering, benching and piling, detailed footing excavations, building retaining walls, and material handlingConduct pre-start inspections and daily safety checks, including fluid levels, greasing, lubrication, and defect reportingAssess work areas prior to commencement, identifying hazards, soil conditions, access constraints, and material placement zonesEnsure plant and equipment are operated safely, cleaned daily, securely stored, and maintained to company standardsCommunicate effectively with Site Managers and leading hands,
