Gridsight is hiring an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from onboarding to offboarding, and to lead SOC 2 compliance and ISO 27001 readiness. You'll own devices, SaaS tools, IAM and security policies, building scalable processes as Gridsight scales across national operations.

This role offers versatile work arrangements (fully remote, hybrid or in-office) with a strong emphasis on audit readiness and employee experience.
