Role Overview: We are seeking a Hospitality Front of House / Barista to join our cafe and wine bar teams in Brendale. You’ll be part of a team that values highenergy, strong product knowledge, and consistently exceptional customerexperiences across all venues. We’re looking for someone who is confident,engaging, and genuinely passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability toconnect with customers and deliver outstanding service wherever they areworking on any given day. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally Provide menu recommendations and explain products Prepare coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, etc.) to standard recipes Steam and texture milk correctly Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation Prepare other beverages (tea, iced drinks, smoothies)Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Process cash, EFTPOS, and contactless payments Balance tills and handle transactions accurately Keep the café, serving areas, and tables clean and tidy Follow food safety and hygiene regulations Clean coffee machines, grinders, and equipment regularly Restock cups, lids, milk,
