Business Development Manager - Eagle Farm, QLD | $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Company Car

The Company

A well-established provider of environmental monitoring and technical equipment solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead customer growth and support operations across Queensland.

Working with a diverse customer base across civil industry, infrastructure and environmental sectors, the business is known for its technical expertise, service quality and long-standing market presence.

The Position

Based in Eagle Farm, this role combines business development and customer account management responsibilities.

Working closely with senior management, you will develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients throughout Queensland.

This is an on-the-road-based role with customer site visits as required, supporting equipment rentals and sales, quotations, customer training and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Queensland markets
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders
- Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations and training
- Support major quotations and tender submissions
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups and account activity




- Support the day-to-day operation of the Queensland office
- Liaise with technical teams regarding customer feedback and equipment performance

About You

You may currently be working in technical sales, equipment hire, industrial services or environmental solutions and are looking for a role where you can take ownership of both business development and customer management.

You enjoy building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering practical solutions to customers.

- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management
- Solid customer relationship and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals or tenders
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Robust communication and administrative skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Technical, environmental, industrial or rental industry exposure highly regarded
