V/Line is seeking a Senior Network Access Specialist to coordinate access planning and NOI governance across regional rail projects. The role interacts with Operations, Planning and external occupation teams to meet the Master Schedule and safety requirements.
The role requires extensive knowledge of rail planning software, timetabling and scheduling, with travel across regional Victoria. You will mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvements in access processes.
