This is a 20-hour per week role, with flexibility around how those hours are worked to suit the right person. We're looking for someone with: Experience in residential property management. Great communication skills, a calm head, and the ability to juggle priorities without juggling actual people. Happy to work in a small boutique office. No outside appointments. Routine Inspection Officer does all RI, Entry & Exits. No Trust Accounting. About You: The successful applicant will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.



Strong organisational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and the ability to produce professional reports.A proactive and positive attitude. Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule. Valuable computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle. This is role of approximately 20 hours per week, structured around school hours-ideal for candidates seeking work–life balance, reduced hours, or returning to the workforce.
