About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Clare-based team. You'll be part of a team assisting local and interstate customers with parts, accessories and support across our product range — a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to build a long-term career in the agricultural machinery industry.

What You'll Bring — Essential

• Strong customer focus with exceptional people skills, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with our brand

• Experience interpreting parts for agricultural or heavy machinery equipment

• Proficient numeracy and computer skills

• Excellent organisation and time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery

• High attention to detail

What You'll Bring — Desirable





• Farm operations knowledge, highly regarded for building rapport and empathy with farming customers

• Confidence working independently and using initiative to support customers and achieve team goals

• Current forklift licence

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret parts requirements and troubleshoot for local and interstate customers

• Answer phone enquiries and greet and assist customers in-store

• Process dispatch, delivery and invoicing of parts as required

• Receive incoming parts, checking off deliveries and packing away stock

• Assist with freight and logistics coordination

• Maintain a tidy and presentable parts storage area and showroom

• Contribute to overall site presentation and maintenance
