Robert Half has partnered with a Brisbane high school to recruit an Applications Support Officer to join their growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 School Technician looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced Applications Support professional.

As the Applications Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the school's enterprise applications, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and high performing. Your work will directly support the systems that underpin teaching, learning and school administration, making this a role where your technical expertise have a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and support enterprise applications, including; student management system, learning management system, finance and faculty platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand application needs and deliver solutions.
- Evaluate and advise on the adoption of new applications, platforms, and online services.
- Deliver and support data integration between systems using APIs and ETL tools.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in application support.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between project work, operational support activities,



and immediate customer assistance, including walk-in requests and phone-based support.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card.
