Main duties will include:

- Work as part of a production line team, supporting filling, capping and labelling operations

- Assist with the loading of raw materials and unloading of finished goods

- Carry and pack cartons that can weigh between 7-15kg

- Inspect and remove products that do not conform with our quality standards

- Complete pre-operational checks and support machinery operation

- Continually monitor cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring the factory and production areas are kept tidy and clean

- Adherence to Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards

- Follow production schedules and support output targets

- Complete daily records accurately

- Be punctual, reliable, and maintain an excellent attendance record





Opportunities for further growth into specialised roles, such as Filler Operator or Syrup Maker, are available to successful candidates.

To be successful, you will need:

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work well in a team setting

- Reasonable physical fitness for manual handling tasks

- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential

- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential
