Responsibilities
- Speaking with warm, inbound leads over the phone (no cold calling)
- Setting Appointments for Design Consultants to visit a customers residence
- Using education and understanding of the customers needs to achieve the desired result
- Providing top-tier customer relations throughout the entire pre-appointment process
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Delivering an elite level of customer service and professionalism
- Managing your own KPI's and initiative.
What We Expect:
- A+ verbal communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers and maintain strong team communication
- Confidence to handle objections, ask the tough questions, and close appointments
- Supreme accountability—own your results and outcomes
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—identify problems and fix them without waiting to be asked
- Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus, but coachability, drive and provable experience are non-negotiable
