Built on one belief - that getting dressed should never be hard - we're looking for a Senior Garment Technician to bring deep expertise in fit, construction and technical excellence across our collections, partnering with design to turn creative concepts into fit-ready, beautifully constructed garments

ABOUT YOU

You are the Garment Technician who can sense a perfect fit before the tape measure confirms it. With 4+ years' experience in a fashion brand or apparel supplier environment, you know garment construction, fabrication and fit inside out - you can pick up a sample and immediately see what's right, and what isn't.

You're as confident leading a fit session as you are deep in the detail of a tech pack, and you know how to turn a fit outcome into clear, practical direction. A natural communicator, you'll be our technical voice with offshore suppliers, building the kind of relationships that keep quality - and the critical path - on track.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Fit - lead fit sessions with clear, actionable feedback on fit, balance and proportion across all categories.

- Samples - assess proto, SMS and PPS samples against spec and design intent, resolving fit and construction issues along the way.

- Tech packs - build and maintain detailed specs, measurements and grading, keeping them accurate and production-ready throughout development.





- Supplier relationships - communicate fit comments clearly to offshore suppliers and liaise with factories to ensure technical requirements land.

- Production support - review samples and bulk, analyse returns, and write care label instructions.

- Craft knowledge - stay on top of garment fits, fabrications and pattern-making as the industry evolves.

- Critical path - keep KIVARI on track, partnering closely with design and production.

- Culture - bring our values to life, mentoring through your craft and championing a safe, inclusive workplace.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 4+ years' experience as a Garment Technician within a fashion brand or apparel supplier.

- A diploma or degree in Fashion Technology.

- Sharp knowledge of construction, fabrication, fit and trims.

- Confidence running fit sessions and translating outcomes into practical solutions.

- Hands-on experience building tech packs and working with offshore suppliers.

- Adobe Illustrator skills, a plus.

- Outstanding communication - you build lasting relationships with designers, makers and suppliers.

- Strong time management, high integrity and a genuine team-player mindset.
