BMT are currently searching for a Sales Support Officer to join our Business Development team in a full-time remote position.

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and industry partners, answering their questions, reviewing property details, and helping them get the most out of their property investment.

Your day-to-day will see you:

- Educate our clients on the value and benefits of our tax depreciation reports

- Review basic property details to determine if a report will help maximise the client's tax deductions

- Convert quotes to sales through warm and meaningful conversations

- Seek out new alliances and business partnerships to grow our client base

- Respond to enquiries with professionalism and accuracy

- Deliver exceptional, personalised services that exceed expectations

- Monitor competitor offerings and contribute to continuous improvement

In addition to this, from time to time, you will also provide support to our Site Inspection team by performing ad hoc property site inspections. In doing so, you’ll electronically collect and record property data including building measurements, inspection notes and asset quantities. The information you collect will then be used by our Tax Production team in the preparation of our comprehensive tax depreciation reports for our client. A company vehicle is provided for site related travel.

You’ll be supported throughout the entire process and be a tax depreciation expert in no time.
