Brisan Motorcycles is an established motorcycle dealership based in Islington, Newcastle, with a solid reputation for looking after riders across sales, parts and service. As the workshop and showroom stay busy, we're expanding the parts team.

About the role

This is a full-time position in the busy parts department. Your primary focus will be parts interpreting, sourcing and supplying the right parts and accessories for customers and workshop, with the flexibility to step into a Service Advisor capacity when the team needs a hand. Saturday work forms part of your rostered week.

Key responsibilities

- Accurately interpret, source and supply motorcycle parts and accessories for retail, trade and workshop customers

- Serve customers at the parts counter and over the phone and email, providing knowledgeable, friendly advice

- Process sales, orders and returns through the dealership management system

- Manage stock control, ordering, receiving, back-orders and periodic stocktakes

- Work closely with workshop technicians to keep jobs moving

- Step into the Service Advisor role as required, booking in service work, raising job cards, keeping customers updated and coordinating between customers and the workshop





- Keep parts and accessory displays tidy and well-stocked

- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

About you

- Proven experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry

- Confident using parts catalogues and dealership management systems

- Strong product knowledge and a genuine customer-service focus

- Excellent communication skills and a reliable, punctual, team-oriented approach

- Available to work full-time, including Saturdays

- Happy to step into service advisor duties when needed

- A current driver's licence
