Storeman/forklift operator required for ongoing role in Altona

Your new company

Client based in Altona is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team in a temp to permanent position.
This is a very hands on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation, picking orders, and general warehouse labouring

Your current role

- Operating counterbalance forklifts and high reach safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping
- Assisting with stock control and inventory counts

What you'll need to succeed

- Valid LF Forklift Licence (LF)
- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience




- Comfortable with physical labour and manual handling
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
- Able to work well within a team environment

* Only Permanent residents and Australian citizens will be considered for this role
* No Students or working holiday Visas
