About the company

Our client operates a premium, eight-chair dental practice built around high-quality clinical dentistry, exceptional patient experiences and significant investment in growth.

Despite being a relatively new practice, opening in late 2024, the business has already established substantial patient demand and multi-million-dollar annual billings. Considerable investment has gone into marketing, equipment, technology and the overall patient journey, creating an environment where experienced clinicians can focus on delivering high-value treatment.

This is not a practice looking for a Dentist to simply fill a chair. Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially robust clinician who wants access to the patient flow, infrastructure and treatment opportunities required to build an exceptional book.

About the position

This is an opportunity to join our client's team as a full-time Dentist with a strong focus on advanced restorative and high-end dentistry.

The ideal clinician will already have a proven history of strong personal billings and the confidence to diagnose, present and deliver comprehensive treatment plans.

Your clinical scope will include:

- Crown and bridge dentistry
- Full mouth rehabilitation
- Complex restorative dentistry
- Smile rehabilitation and cosmetic cases
- Veneers and aesthetic dentistry
- Implant-related restorative treatment
- Root canal therapy where appropriate
- Extractions and general restorative dentistry
- Preventive and comprehensive patient care

There is significant scope for the right Dentist to work towards annual personal production in the $1M-$2M range,



supported by a practice that invests heavily in generating patient demand and providing clinicians with the tools to convert and deliver complex treatment.

This position would suit a Dentist who enjoys larger cases, takes ownership of their book and wants their earning potential to reflect their clinical ability and production.

Key Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Strong experience in crown and bridge dentistry
- Confidence managing comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation cases
- Proven history of high personal billings and clinical production
- Excellent treatment planning and case presentation skills
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to ethically convert complex treatment plans
- High clinical standards and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
- Desire to build a substantial long-term patient book
