Business Development Manager - Cisco Webex / Contact Centre - Permanent

- $100K base + super + comms ($200K OTE)

- Reporting directly to the Sales Lead

A highly regarded Cisco Gold Partner is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their sales team on a permanent basis. This is a recent business acquisition role focused on selling Cisco Webex solutions into enterprise customers across the Australian market.

The position would suit a hunter with a proven track record of winning new enterprise clients and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business growth through the acquisition of enterprise-level customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Sell Cisco Webex Contact Centre and collaboration solutions into enterprise accounts
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-led outcomes




- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, or similar new business sales role
- Strong track record of selling enterprise technology solutions
- Experience selling Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Unified Communications, or Collaboration solutions
- Cisco Webex sales experience highly desirable
- Experience with vendors such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Avaya, Verint, or similar will also be considered
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers within enterprise organisations
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working within a high-performance sales environment
