Oppenheimer is an Australian owned leading food company supplying innovative ingredients to the food industry. We require an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our Equipment team in our Silverwater facility.

1. Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics workplace preferred.

- Forklift license (LF or LO) is an advantage.

- Experience in using WMS or similar software.

2. Skills:

- Basic computer skills (e.g., for inventory systems or scanners).

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to follow safety, GMP and operational procedures.

- Time management and organisational skills.

3. Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to weights regularly.

- Comfortable with standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.





4. Work Conditions:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the deadlines.

- Must adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.

5. Responsibilities May Include:

- Receiving and dispatching goods.

- Stock picking and packing.

- Palletising and shrink-wrapping.

- Inventory control and stocktakes.

- Loading/unloading trucks.

- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
