Minprovise is seeking an organised and proactive Execution Coordinator to support the delivery of our Shutdowns portfolio across the Goldfields region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager – Goldfields, this role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of multiple shutdown projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring the right people, equipment, materials and subcontractors are in place to support successful project mobilisation, execution and completion.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple priorities and working closely with operational teams.

About the Role

As the Execution Coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact between our Regional Manager, Superintendents, Supervisors, Planning and Administration teams, Clients and other support departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Regional Manager with the day-to-day delivery of multiple shutdowns.
- Coordinating labour, plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Planning and coordinating project mobilisations and demobilisations, including travel, accommodation and site access requirements.
- Working closely with Superintendents, Supervisors, Project Managers, Project Engineers and support teams.
- Monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays, resource gaps or conflicts.
- Maintaining a live skills and competency matrix, including trade qualifications, tickets, licences and verified competencies.




- Supporting workforce compliance with site requirements, inductions and competency requirements.
- Monitoring workforce fatigue and escalating concerns in line with company procedures and legislative requirements.
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, records and work packs.
- Identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues and escalating where required.
- Providing regular updates and reporting on project progress, resourcing requirements and potential risks.
- Supporting the delivery of assigned minor shutdowns from planning through to completion.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, coordination and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in an operations, project coordination, shutdown coordination or similar role.
- Experience working within the mining, resources, construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong coordination and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience coordinating labour, equipment, materials and/or subcontractors.




- A strong understanding of workforce competencies, tickets, licences and site compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing operational requirements.
- Good administrative and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operational and support teams.
- A willingness to travel to site when required to support mobilisations and shutdown execution.
