About the Client

Our clients are seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for immediate starts across Brisbane Airport and Eagle Farm.

These are fantastic temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable operators looking to secure long-term employment with stable and reputable companies. Safety is a top priority, with full site training provided to ensure you are confident and set up for success from day one.

Shift Details

- Morning starts from 5:00AM
- Full-time hours available
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Operate High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts to pick and put away stock at height
- Load and unload pallets from racking and trucks safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and inventory systems to ensure accurate stock handling
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment in line with site safety standards
- Conduct pre-start and equipment checks
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily KPIs




- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled shifts

Skills & Experience Required

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using RF scanners will be highly regarded
- Strong focus on safety and accuracy
- Reliable, honest and hardworking attitude
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
