THE ROLE

With our branch making great strides in the industry, we are currently recruiting for a further 1 x reliable and experienced Storeperson to join our team in Emerald QLD. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive and down-to-earth team where things move quickly, there's plenty of variety and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the business. If you are from a Hydraulics or similar industrial background this would be the perfect role for you!

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible working hours between 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday).

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES





- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Assisting with counter sales
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Picking stock for orders and packing goods for distribution
- Storing away products in correct locations
- Relocating inventory to fully utilise storage space
- Undertake warehouse receivable process
- Produce packaging as required
- Observe safety procedures when storing and retrieving inventory

ABOUT YOU

- A reliable and hardworking Stores all-rounder
- Experience within a warehouse / store environment
- Have a current Forklift ticket
- Basic knowledge of the hose and fittings industry
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Be able to complete tasks involving manual lifting and product identification.
- Have good all-round admin skills
- Be an Australian Citizen/Permanent resident with full work rights
