- You are a confident and commercially sharp leader with strong experience overseeing multiple stores. You know how to coach team, lift performance and turn expectations into outcomes.
- Experience managing five or more stores at an Area Manager level - Concession experience a MUST
- A proven record of driving sales and performance
- Passionate about developing people and leading teams
- Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset
- Roster and budget management capability
- Visual merchandising experience
- A love for footwear, fashion and our brands
