The Chance:

EDMO Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our highly skilled manufacturing team on the Gold Coast.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, leading the production team, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to EDMO's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and support operational team members.

- Assist with training, onboarding and performance development of team members.

- Ensure compliance to HSE policies and procedures.

- Oversee the manufacturing and warehouse teams.

- Coordinate day-to-day operational resources and activities.

- Drive on-time delivery performance by meeting customer schedules and operational commitments.

- Monitor and drive production performance, ensuring output targets, quality standards, productivity goals,



and project deadlines are consistently achieved.

- Identify and resolve workflow issues and bottlenecks.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.

- Ensure operational systems and procedures are followed and maintained by the team.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production environment.

- Provide hands-on support where required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Manufacturing, fabrication or engineering industry experience and qualifications preferred.

- Excellent planning and organisational skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- A practical, hands-on approach to production.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

- Sound understanding of WHS requirements.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation.

- LEAN manufacturing experience.

- General warehousing system experience.

- Forklift licence is required.
