About the Role:
As Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations including food and beverage service, team leadership, financial performance, compliance, customer experience, and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a visible presence on the floor, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Hospitality Manager within a high-volume pub, hotel, or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams




- Sound understanding of financial reporting, budgets, labour management, and KPI performance
- Excellent knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing, compliance, and venue operations
- Passion for customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences
