About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen, leading a team that takes pride in serving quality pub meals and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
- Delivering high-quality food service across lunch and dinner
- Creating fresh menu ideas and seasonal specials
- Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitoring food costs and labour targets
- Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
- Building a positive, motivated, and high-performing kitchen culture

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the kitchen, leading from the front, and getting the best out of their team.

Your Skills and Experience:





- Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef
- Robust leadership skills and a team-first attitude
- Experience in busy pubs, hotels, clubs, or bistros
- Good commercial understanding of food costs and stock control
- A passion for quality food and hospitality
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- The ability to stay cool during busy service periods
