Aspire Early Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Educator to join our established team at our Bella Estate service in Clyde.

This Permanent Part-Time opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic early childhood professional who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships with children and families, and making a positive impact across the service.

The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator, you will:

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children across the toddler space.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow
- Work collaboratively with Lead Educators, Room Leaders and the Centre Leadership Team
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues




- Assist with implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Help maintain a high standard of care, education and supervision
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
- Work flexible shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm as part of a permanent part time roster

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
