Responsibilities:

- Delivering comprehensive, person-centred clinical care in accordance with individual care plans and organisational policies

- Actively support the floor and assist care staff as required

- Performing secure, accurate, and timely medication administration, including appropriate monitoring, documentation, and follow-up

- Participating in clinical assessments, care planning, and effective collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

Important Notice:

- This position is a clinical, resident-facing role within an aged care setting, requiring active participation in resident care and floor support.





- This role is NOT designated as a documentation-only position. It requires demonstrated clinical competence, sound judgement, and a willingness to be actively involved in all aspects of resident care, including medication management and hands-on support.

About you:

- You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current general AHPRA registration (with no conditions) and have relevant clinical experience of at least 4 years.

- You must be willing to work AM, PM, and night shifts.

- You must possess unrestricted work rights in Australia. ACS is unable to sponsor applicants for a work visa.

- You must possess a full Driver's License.

- You must have a recent national police check or be willing to obtain one.

At the interview stage, you must be able to provide a career log of the total number of hours of Registered Nurse (RN) clinical practice you have accumulated in Australia since the date of your initial AHPRA registration, and your pay rate corresponding to those hours. This is meant to identify the right classification.
