An independently owned Real Estate business, operating in Toowong and surrounding areas for the last 40 years is looking for a new member to join our Property Management team.

If you are frustrated with being part of a large franchise where you can get lost or you are not supported in looking for growth. Join our small team that will help guide and support you through your daily work life.

Ideally someone that has a real estate certificate. However training will also be provided for key responsibilities.

A reliable car is required.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. No weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:





- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests.

- Handle leasing duties, including conducting inspections, drafting lease agreements, and performing routine property checks.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with industry regulations.

- No trust accounting involved.

What We're Looking For:

- Robust organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

- A proactive, accountable individual who follows through on tasks.

- A current QLD Driver's License (essential).

- A Real Estate license.

- Wants to be part of a friendly team.
