Join the culinary team at Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa, a luxury coastal retreat surrounded by Bouddi National Park on the NSW Central Coast. Our acclaimed restaurant, The Wild Flower Bar & Dining, celebrates vibrant Mediterranean-inspired flavours, seasonal produce from our extensive kitchen gardens, locally sourced ingredients and sustainably harvested seafood.

This role is ideally suited to a chef with a genuine passion for fresh pasta. You will play a key role in the daily production of handmade pasta, learning traditional techniques while helping deliver refined, seasonal dishes. What you’ll be doing

- Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards, following recipes, portion specifications and presentation guidelines.

- Produce a range of fresh handmade pastas daily, including mixing, rolling, shaping and finishing.

- Assist with the preparation of pasta sauces, accompaniments and seasonal garnishes.

About you

- Experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice in a quality, fast-paced kitchen workplace.

- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery,



or an equivalent culinary qualification.

- A sound foundation in cooking techniques, food preparation, presentation and plating.

- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to remain composed during busy service periods.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.

- A genuine passion for seasonal produce, local ingredients and fresh, flavoursome food.

- Full working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
