About the Role
Catholic Homes is seeking experienced Care Workers to join our team at St Vincent's, on a casual basis. Shifts will be strictly Weekdays either 7:00am to 15:00pm or 7:00am to 13:00pm.
Located on the banks of the Swan River in historic Guildford, St Vincent's offers a up-to-date aged care environment with a strong sense of community. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on helping residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life through compassionate, person-centred care.
About you
You embody Catholic Homes values of love, hospitality, excellence and joy, and bring compassion, patience and a person-centred approach to supporting older people with daily living activities, promoting dignity, choice and independence in every interaction.
In addition, you will have:
- Experience working within Aged Care
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Excellent organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and positive demeanour
- Passion and dedication for working with the elderly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work
